Pixie Dust may add more rules as she see fit if she does Pixie dust will pm the new rules to all members, once a member has accepted all terms and conditions members may post on the site. Please do not just skim through the rules please read all.

MAIN RULES

Follow all Proboards ToS

Warning Levels are as such:

50% Warning = 24 hour ban for your account

75% Warning = 48 hour ban with a 2 week probation for your account

100% Warning = 9 day suspension for your account upon the first offence

Once you have reached 100% warning level, you will be banned for 9 days on the first offence,
banned for 20 days on the second offence
and on your third offence you will be permanently banned from the site; your account will be removed and your IP address blocked.

Follow all Mystic Guardians guidelines and rules
This is a MMORG site, with the Theme of players being trapped in a game called Mystic Gurdian
Please read the story before creating a character
Your username is going to be your Character Name for Mystic Guardian, this can be changed once in your profile settings.

Make sure to read the Character rules

Please log in once a day and post at least once a day if you can
No one word posts like "Ok!" or "IDK"
If you are not going to be able to post for a while, talk to Pixie Dust about it

You may make more than one account
If you have more than one account please make sure to log into them everyday or we will remove them
We will remove any account that has been inactive for more than a month

Member harassment will not be tolerated and may result in a 24hr ban
STAFF WILL NOT ASK FOR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION OR PASSWORDS OR USERNAMES
Please do not give out any personal information
Do not post any explicit content or post links to unsavory sites; any member caught doing so will be banned permanently
Do not post any personal photos, we will delete them
EVERYONE STARTS OFF AT LEVEL 20.
You will level with each new rank you achieve.

Members can only become Staff if they have been a member for more then 24 hours.

COMBAT RULES

Please keep all PVP to the PVP section and or Coliseum
Any battle disputes will go to the Combat Admin
Players stats are determined by their level, to level a player must post in game.
All armor and weapons have an added or negative value to a player
Outcomes in every PVP battle will be determined by posting skill, and dice role.
If you have any questions please contact a combat Admin
Please be fair in every fight, we don't want babies.
Make sure to read the Guide to Combat before fighting with any in game character

Advertisement and Affiliated Rules

31. Members are allowed to promote other sites they belong in, as long as they keep it in the proper thread.
Echo and prizes will be given to members who can bring in new members with the following conditions:

New member must pm Pixie Dust with who promoted the site to them

New member must make a character

New Member must post at least twice a day for two weeks

IF THE NEW MEMBER STAYS PAST THREE WEEKS OLD MEMBER WILL RECEIVE THE ALLOTTED ECHO AND OR PRIZE

The more new members a member brings in the higher the pay and more prizes they will recive.

Staff Rules

Members can become Staff ONLY after 24 hours have passed
Staff are not allowed to abuse their powers, any staff caught doing so will be depromoted on the spot.
Members are allowed to report any staff members they believe are abusing their powers, the report will be investigated and if found to be true will result in a warning and depromoted. IF a member reports a staff and it is found to be false said member will receive a warning.
Some Staff must post once aday Others will not have time to post
Staff are here to help Pixie and make the site safe for members.

CHARACTER RULES

There are three ways you can join this Role play. Trapped Player: A trapped player has no idea that the government or some fake group known as FTC is behind this. They will not know that they are in a experiment

Civilian:They are the family of a trapped player, a loved one, boyfriend and or girlfriend. They are living at the M.G Headquarters to be with their loved one. Civilians believe that FTC is behind everything. They don't know that the Government is really behind this. BUT that is not to say they cannot figure it out given enough time.

MG Staff:MG staff are in fact part of the Government, they know/ that FTC is fake, that the trapped players are part of a undercover experiment. Their goal is to keep their experiment a secret and not let the world find out. They monitor the players and process any and all data given to them by Pixie. As the players unlock more cities and they receive more data they will be able to tap into a trapped players mind and communicate with them like they do Pixie.

NO CHARACTER Should know everything. Be fair. yes you know the plot, yes you know that FTC is fake and its all a huge experiment. But Your character should not know this right away. Make them work for it. Follow leads, follow MG staff and so on. THIS DOES NOT mean you can just make your first post about your character following a MG staff, or over hear Pixie talk to James.
IF staff see that your first post is exposing the plot your post will be removed and you'll receive a warning. So please don't be a jerk. Make your character work for the knowledge you know
You can play as many characters as you want, there is no limit. Just make sure you post as them as often.
You do not have to stick to one role, you can have one character as a MG and another as a TP. -trapped player-
MG characters know the truth, so please DO NOT give away the plot to another character. Your goal is to keep this experiment a secret.

PLOT Rules

Please make sure you read the plot and story before creating a character.
Again stating the same from the character rules. YOU MAY KNOW THE TRUTH but your character does not. And no they cannot know the truth in the first post. Not even the second or third. Make them work for it.
EVERYONE is MC. Play this story from your characters point of view not mine, not your best friends but your point of View. Please do not pm staff saying the story is not about you and its not fair or your not as involved in the plot as you should be. We wont help you if you don't help yourself first.
Following up rule 50. Please note that we do care but it is UP TO YOU ON HOW INVOLVED WITH THE PLOT YOU ARE. We cannot help you if you don't at least try. So Try to be involved.

Contest and Event Rules

Throughout the site we'll host contest and events for members to take part in. Some may be In Game others will be out of the game.
Prizes and awards are based on each event and or Contest. Members may make their own events in the Chat box, and may set their own rules on how prizes are obtained.
